Under 11 Team Building

Coaches from the U11s took the team to Essex Outdoors - Mersea for some fun team building. The activity focused on teamwork outside of a football environment and helped the boys understand what can be achieved and the benefits when working in a team. The challenges on the day involved carrying a bucket of water over a very tricky assault course!
