Thank you for visiting the website of Great Bentley Youth Football based in rural Essex. On this site you will find information about who we are, what our aims are and how your children can join a club with the goal of "using the power of football to make a positive impact on children".
To enable us to meet our goals we have set up a Youth section to Great Bentley Football Club to give the opportunity for children from the local communities to come together to learn new things both indirectly and directly associated with playing sports, to meet new friends and most importantly to have fun.

This month Great Bentley Youth FC started a joint U6 and U7 training session on Great Bentley Green Saturday mornings 9:00 to 10:00. Coaches from the U11s took the team to Essex Outdoors - Mersea for some fun team building. The activity focused on teamwork outside of a football environment and helped the boys understand what can be achieved and the benefits when working in a team. The challenges on the day involved carrying a bucket of water over a very tricky assault course!

Great Bentley Youth FC operates through the support of local people in raising funds and companies sponsorship (both of which are greatly appreciate). As a club we have the facilities and opportunity to do more and would like to have regular events, however the committee does not have the capacity to do this alone.
The club is always open to new ideas and fresh perspectives, so if you have good ideas and would like to be involved, please contact us as it would be much appreciated.
Great Bentley Youth FC have implimented various measures and are following the guidance provided by the U.K. Government, The Football Association and Essex F.A.
